The Doral Area was all vacant land in the early nineties. 

Zully has pioneered in selling land in key areas.  Her first was J.G. Head Farms where it all started in early eighties, going into South Kendall west of Metro Zoo area, then Western Kendall and Doral, her master piece of discovery in the mid nineties.

The Islands at Doral closing in 2004 increased Zully Ruiz's total sales in the Doral Area to 1,694 lots in 354 acres of residential land.
